Wildwood Terrace

Wildwood Terrace is a multi phase rural subdivision located on the west coast of Vancouver Island in Jordan River, BC. To-date, project included the development of 35 rural lots. JRGE completed clearing and road construction on a Ministry of Highways standard road, clearing of homesites and construction of driveways.

Woodland Creek

The Woodland Creek development is a multiphase residential development in the municipality of Sooke, BC of developed by Jordan River Gravel and Excavating's (JRGE) parent company Totangi Properties. JRGE has completed the last 3 development phases of civil servicing and road construction totaling 75 municipal lots. Services included land clearing and site prep, installation of all municipal services (sewer and storm drain), CRD water, hydro, tel and cable. Preparation and finishing of municipal sidewalks, curbs, road, street lights, and landscaping.

The project also included the development of a large storm water retention pond and creation of a 3-acre park and trail system. JRGE continues to support the residential construction of single family homes by providing excavating and trucking services for foundation digs, backfill, and landscaping.
